Exhibitors/Competitors are subject to full admission charges.
All cattle entries must be accompanied by a certificate attesting that they have been tested with an antigen test for bovine pestivirus (BVD), in order to demonstrate that they are not persistently infected with this virus. No Pesti Test, no entry. Exhibitors must indicate on the pesti test which animals the test relates too.
Note that this requirement is necessary to comply with guidelines received from the Agricultural Societies Council of NSW, with the intention of protecting stud breeders and the integrity of country shows.
Please ensure that only cattle that have been tested negative are unloaded from vehicles. We regret that any untested cattle will be required to be removed from the beef cattle show facilities immediately.
All cattle must also be accompanied by a National Cattle Health Declaration form and a National Vendor Declaration (C 0413) or Transported Stock Statement (TSS) prior to cattle being unloaded at the showground.
All cattle must possess a National Livestock Identification System (NLIS) device such as an NLIS approved electronic ear tag.
Entry to the showground is to be prior to 8:00am on show day and is subject to admission charges
Prize money is GST inclusive and is to be collected from the Show Secretary on show day.

Classes may change at the discretion of the Chief Steward and will depend on entries.
Entry will be via Cooma Street and exhibitors will need to be on site by 8am for safety reasons.
Sunday Stud Cattle cannot arrive until 4pm on Saturday 8 November 2025.

Junior Jackpot – Animals 20 months and under.
Entry fee will be $30.00 per exhibit with a Junior Bull and Junior Heifer. The winner of each section will receive 90% of the prize pool for that sex with 10% retained by Queanbeyan Show committee for upgrades to the Cattle Section.
The Junior Bull and Junior Heifer will be judged to become the Junior Jackpot winner and will receive a The Great Australian Rum Company prize.
